Delivery and Returns

I. DELIVERY

All ordered items will be dispatched within 10 working days. If the selected item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email with the earliest availability date. Typically, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that any indicated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

II. RETURN POLICY

Please note the following conditions:

1. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of receipt.
2. Damaged or malfunctioning items must be reported within 7 days.
3. Costs incurred for returning items are non-refundable.
4. Goods exempt from return policies are not eligible for refunds.
